Dining, Family, and Living Rooms

All Rooms, each cleaning
  • Light switches, outlet covers, door knobs and door frames wiped

  • Window sills and frames wiped or dusted 

  • Vents/registers dusted

  • Interior Front/Side/Back Door glass cleaned and interior cleaned

       Additional Services:

  • Windows- $2 inside per window, $3 outside per window (tilt in only) $7 per window for interior/exterior and window track

  • Interior stove/oven- $20 and up

  • Interior refrigerator- $20 and up

  • Furniture vacuumed- please request 

  • Baseboards washed- varies by house size, please contact us for more information​​

  • Please note, we can not guarantee additional services unless we have arranged to include them at the time of booking

  • Please note, we do not move heavy furniture. We reserve the right not to move if requested if we believe doing so may cause physical strain or damage.

The above information is an outline of what we typically offer our clients in a residential cleaning. Your cleaning may require something different as we try to accommodate our clients cleaning needs and realize there may be specific cases that do not follow this outline. If you require any of our additional services, please let us know at the time of booking. We book our clients based on an approximate time of how long it will take to complete services. Adding on at the last minute may result in the inability to complete the tasks you may be looking for. 

As of 1/1/2023, our confirmation policy has changed. Moving forward, we will require a 48 hour notice if there is a need to reschedule or cancel UNLESS there is an emergency (i.e. illness or weather). A cancellation fee will be charged if there is less than a 48 hour notice for cancellation unless there is an emergency. We will also be doing confirmations on Mondays and Fridays to allow enough time for clients to give notice if there is a need to cancel or reschedule. We reserve the right to add a first time cleaning fee. Payment is due at time of service. Failure to pay for service at this time or without proper notification and agreement will result in a late payment fee. Please contact us for more information.
